I'm Not Contrary...

And my name's NOT Mary...

But look how my Garden Grows... LOL

It's been a little more than a week since I poked seeds in the ground... and look - my corn is growing by leaps and bounds.

My strawberry plants are making strawberries...

The onions are growing...

I know... I must sound silly... but I haven't been able to have a garden in ages so I'm excited with all this.

I've also planted tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, cantaloupe, and fairy tale pumpkin.

I'd be jumping up and down with glee if I could... but I seem to have a pulled muscle in my back left ribs... as long as I don't move like this <ouch> or breath deep like this <ouch>... I'm good.  Walking down the isle and working the tiller off to the side in the grow boxes was just a little bit too much of a stretch I think.  I would have thought that by now I'd be feeling better... but that's not happening yet.  Maybe when I'm done planting flowers and slinging mulch around...
