Whenever there is a news story about “Record Earnings” for the Lottery or Casinos… I can’t help but think that it would be a whole different story if the Headline was “Customers Lost a Record Amount of Money Gambling”.
Just something to ponder…

The ads say that "you can't win money in the lottery if you don't enter."
